Can you guarantee zero defects?

Sampling inspection cannot guarantee zero defects. Our role is to reduce risk, record evidence, identify visible and measurable problems, and help clients make clearer shipment decisions.

How long does the report take?

A brief result is sent on the inspection day. The full photo report is usually delivered within 24 hours after inspection. Complex correction projects will have a confirmed delivery schedule in the quote.

Do you handle third-party lab testing?

We can help sample, send to the lab, and follow up results. Lab fees are paid by the client, and testing coordination can be quoted as an add-on service.
